Requirements before sign in
- Address of the University of California Francisco gmail site.
- Internet browser.
- Valid gmail, username and password.
- Have equipment with reliable internet connection.

If you have an gmail profile, you can login the official website by following the instruction below here:
- Step 1: Visit the login portal at https://email.ucsf.edu/.
- Step 2: Enter your gmail address and password.
- Step 3: Then, click on the “Sign in” button.

On a smartphone
- Install the Microsoft Outlook cellphone app by going to the Intune Company Portal app on your smartphone.
- Launch Outlook from the Home screen.
- Your gmail address
- Select “Add Account” from the menu.
- Select “Maybe Later” from the menu.
- Your mailbox has been set up to connect to Outlook cellphone. Outlook now allows you to view your gmail, calendar, and notifications.
- Important: The next few steps sync your notifications with the notifications software on your cell phone equipment. To utilize your notifications on your phone, you must complete this step.
- From the Inbox screen, select “Home” from the drop-down menu in the top left corner.
- The app’s navigation screen will then open.
- In the bottom left-hand corner, click the “Settings” icon.
- To activate this feature, select “Save Contacts” and slide the button to the right.
- To return to the navigation screen, click the left-pointing arrow in the top left corner of the screen.
- Close the menu panel and launch Outlook for cellphone.
Note: Before using these instructions, you must enroll your iOS equipmenta in Intune.
My access login
This is the way to sign into MyAccess to connect a host of supported applications. Follow these steps below here:
- Step 1: Connect the url link https://dp.ucsf.edu/.
- Step 2: Put in your username/ domain and password.
- Step 3: After that, press Login.
Note: Don’t risk your privacy. When you’re done, log off.
Mychart login
- Step 1: Go to the My Chart homepage at https://ucsfmychart.ucsfmedicalcenter.org/.
- Step 2: Provide My Chart username and password.
- Step 3: Now, select the “Sign in” button to finish.

Answer: MyAccess is University of California San Francisco’s single sign-on (SSO) service, which lets you log in just once to connect a number of different applications. Visit MyAccess Single Sign-On to learn more. Current University of California San Francisco students, postdocs, faculty, and staff have the option to log in to Connect using MyAccess.
What is MyACCESS utilized for?
