Customer services for PestPac Account
Following the fulfillment of a Service Order, technicians can issue manual review requests through email or text message straight from PestPac Mobile.
- These manual requests will override the Marketing Settings for automatic review requests (see: Set Online Review Preferences) and reset the frequency of days to wait.
- Requests for any service, not simply those selected for automatic evaluation, may be sent.
- Text texts are $0.05 per message and are applied to your PestPac bill.
- Before technicians may send requests, they must have a certain access right enabled. Please follow the instructions: Allow Technicians to Request Online Reviews from Mobile Devices.
- Technicians must be using PestPac Mobile App version 3.9.0 or higher (this applies to both Android and iOS).

How does the Order List Screen look?
If there are Service Orders assigned to the current day, the default date displayed is the current work date. Otherwise, the app will display the next planned date for Service Orders.
For each Service Order, the app lists the Work Time and/or Time Range (depending on your settings), Company/Customer Name, Address, Service Description, and Service Color.
