According to court documents obtained by TODAY, Clarkson, 39, will give her ex a lump sum payment of $1,326,161 as well as ongoing spousal support payments of $115,000 per month until January 31, 2024, and ongoing child support payments of $45,601 per month for their two kids, River Rose, 7, and Remington Alexander, 5. Their children will have joint legal custody between Clarkson and Blackstock.

The filings state that Blackstock will be permitted to have custody of the kids on the first and fifth weekends of each month, with “The Voice” coach having primary custody of the kids in Los Angeles. Clarkson will also be required to make a one-time compensation payment of $350,000 to the 45-year-old talent manager for their children’s private air travel.

Additionally, according to the records, their two children will need to receive COVID-19 vaccinations in order to travel.

Clarkson and Blackstock also shared their assets and property as part of their settlement. Their two properties in Montana and their home in California will go to Clarkson.

Until he vacates on or before June 1, 2022, Blackstock, who presently resides in Montana, will pay $2,000 in rent for one property and $12,500 for the second.
