- Dealer Application form: This registration is for the Office Manager or dealer of Record.
- Agent Application: Actual assets officers utilize this registration. Please be aware that before processing your registration, your employing dealer MUST be a member.
- Officers who are moving from one dealer to another or from one branch office to another should utilize the Transfer Form.
- Reinstatement Form: Use these online forms if you want to reinstate your officer’s membership in GS.
- Appraiser Application: This registration is for appraisers who are accredited in NJ.

- Step 1: Access the sign in form, click on the “Forgot your password” link.
- Step 2: Fill your ID in the blank.
- Step 3: Enter the new passcode.
