How do I cancel service?

How do I add a user to MyAccount?

Answer: The online MyAccount can only have one user. However, clients can add more than one authorized user to the account. The primary account holder must visit the local office or call us at 888-403-2667 to add the authorized user. You will need to provide their name, social security quantity, or keyword for verification purposes.

When will I get my security deposit back?

Answer: Security deposits are returned back to your account after 12 consecutive months of on-time payments. This count will reset if any payments are past due. Security deposits will also be refunded to clients who cancel service.
